All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual items may differ slightly due to availability or design updates.
Some services—such as workshops, private events, or activations—require advance booking and full or partial payment to secure your slot.
Availability of services or products may be limited; orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Electronics are sold without warranty or guarantee. No repairs or post-sale servicing is provided.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.
Accepted payment methods will be clearly displayed at checkout.
A receipt or invoice will be issued for every confirmed order or booking.
4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Products
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is sealed, unused, and in original condition.
Products that are opened, damaged, or used are not eligible for return.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs may apply.
Workshops & Events
Workshop or event bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled date to be eligible for a refund or credit.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or no-shows are non-refundable.
If we need to cancel or reschedule an event for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Local delivery within Qatar typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on location.
Free studio pickup in Doha is available for eligible orders.
Delivery details provided at checkout must be accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
6. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate product and service information. However, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We may correct any errors at any time without prior notice.
8. Liability
Participation in workshops, events, or activities is at your own risk. Reasonable care, safety guidelines, and supervision will be provided.
We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for serious negligence, misconduct, or any responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
